More DP Talk

Bigapplesoccer.com is reporting that a MLS team will sign a big name soon. Here are a couple options (minus Zidane):

Known as Fred, the Melbourne Victory forward could be joining Luciano Emilio in DC.

Cuauhtemoc Blanco could be with the Chicago Fire before the week is out. Wherever he goes, it will be a love/hate relationship but fun nonetheless.
Other news:
The Columbus Crew have snagged Robbie Rogers in the lottery today.
Rogers is a U-20 U.S. National Team foward-midfielder and recently ended his tenure at Heerenveen from the Dutch league.

There is some good momentum happening for the league it feels like. I hope the teams capilize on it!

Blanco better leave is attitude south of the boarder. I'm not sure if he would be a good fit. But he would definately bring some people to the games.
